Welcome to IndJobAlert (indjobalert.co.in). By visiting, reading, or referencing our recruitment alerts, government exam indices, result notices, and scheme breakdowns, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Permitted and Prohibited Use
Permitted Activities
- Reviewing recruitment information for personal, non-commercial employment research.
- Sharing direct links to our pages with clear, unambiguous attribution to IndJobAlert.
- Accessing official notification PDFs and forms hosted via legitimate commission links.
Strictly Prohibited Activities
- Automated scraping, bulk parsing, or verbatim syndication without written authorization.
- Charging job applicants any fee to access copies of public recruitment notifications.
- Framing site pages or misleading users into believing our platform is an official government office.
2. Platform Integrity and User Conduct
Under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and related rules, users interacting with our comment tools, query forms, or website features must not:
- Deploy unauthorized vulnerability scanners, automated bots, or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) requests against our edge networks.
- Impersonate any government agency, staff member, recruitment board chairman, or public servant.
- Post or transmit defamatory, obscene, deceptive, or legally objectionable material.
- Attempt to circumvent caching mechanisms, API endpoints, or database security protocols.
3. Third-Party Government Portals & External Links
IndJobAlert provides direct hyperlinks to central agencies (e.g., UPSC, SSC, RRB), state recruitment portals, and banking platforms for candidate convenience.
We exercise zero administrative or operational control over third-party servers. We bear no liability for application portal downtime, server gateway timeouts, payment gateway issues, or how external bodies store and manage your personal documents and application data.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
"As-Is" Service Standard
All information, exam timetables, cut-off records, and dates are provided strictly on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without express or implied warranties.
Limitation of Liability
IndJobAlert disclaims all responsibility for missed application deadlines, exam travel costs, administrative delays, or secondary damages arising from reliance on site content.
5. Governing Law and Legal Jurisdiction
These terms, operating guidelines, and any disputes arising out of the access or use of IndJobAlert shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings or dispute claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
